As part of The Young Recruiters you’ll take an active role in recruiting future staff who’ll work directly with children and young people. Your fresh insight, lived care experience and unique perspective is essential in ensuring that the professionals hired are not only skilled but genuinely committed to supporting and empowering young people. Your involvement will also ensure that the voices of care experienced individuals is at the forefront of every decision and the candidates selected meet the standard of young people.

You will be responsible for the co‑design of questions, participation in panels, and contribution to decision‑making. Your involvement is paramount in helping corporate parents build stronger teams that understand the needs, challenges and aspirations of Bromley’s young children.

Being a part of the young recruiters is a valuable experience that can be put on your CV. It’s also an opportunity to gain real world experiences and an unique perspective on interview skills. Upon completion, you will receive:

£25 for one interview

£50 for half day interviews

£90 for full day interview
