Hey everyone,
My name is Lorna Hammer, I absolutely love being able to support and encourage young people to ensure that your voices are heard, which means that my role as Active Involvement Youth Worker is perfect! I work alongside my wonderful colleague Zoe – she works mainly with under 18’s whilst my role is to work with the older age group. Throughout the year we run some amazing activities and workshops so that you can participate fully and inform change to the Care Leaving Offer. I love meeting you all and hope that lots of memories are built together throughout your journey.
